No I mean I think about what others are thinking about me when I am out an about and this makes me lose focus on what I am doing etc..
Do you feel anxious as a result?

It could be that you are experiencing a bit of social anxiety if you find yourself worrying about what others are thinking about you. If this is causing you a lot of anxiety, talking therapy could help. You can ask your GP for a referral. Alternatively, you may be able to self-refer to local therapy/counselling services. If you don't want to do this, there are self-help materials for social anxiety online (e.g., https://www.getselfhelp.co.uk/social-anxiety-self-help/), or in books (e.g., https://www.amazon.co.uk/Overcoming-Social-Anxiety-Shyness-2nd-dp-1472120434/dp/1472120434/ref=dp_ob_title_bk).
