24 have autism feels like no support?

Hi.
So like above 24 have autism diagnosed about when was 18. Got mentor and study Support at uni schoPl but now in supposedly adulthood feels like no support.
Working but with struggles both me and internal feelijs of work and coping in work. Want to but find it hard.
Struggle sensoryilu a lot noise. Food, (0a lot) visual, smell touch everything. Struggle with socialisation talking, understanding, feel left out.
Struggle with changes, uncertainty new ness.
Struggle with General adulthood like i literally only survive because of mum but she's not around forever and like want to be able know i canamage or can live alone safely and manage stuff.
Mood, anxiety, sensory overwhelmed..
Simple stuff like clothes changing, shopping, catch bus, phone calls, struggle cooking is a no go
What is there any support.
Feels like nothing i get. Gp refers me to people for like anxiety but they all discharge saying t here's no much.

Thank you so much for these links. I'll have a look. It's like though accessing the support is hard.

I've spoke to my GP numerous times and she keeps referring me to people who she's like hopefully they'll be able to help. But its like they can't.

She referred me to primary mental health team and they are okay but they only offer short term support. I'm awaiting a dietician referral for my sensory eating and she's exploring other avenues.

It's just seems like a never ending battle. No support I'm just grateful and lucky I've got good GP
