I live in Portsmouth and was also a student there - but some 30 years ago. Lots have changed since.

Portsmouth is a great city to live in and near to many things you would like to.

The course you mentioned, actually called "Interior Architecture & Design" which is slightly different from "Interior Design". I want to make sure you understand the difference.
