A level psychology help

I'm doing edexcel and don't really know how to structure 8 and 16 markers as my teacher hasn't told us how to. I'm not sure how much you need to write as it seems a lot compared to the marks allocated.
The 16 markers have different ao1 and ao3 marks to the 8 markers as well.
Does anyone have any tips on structuring answers?
