Isomerism

Hi.

A few questions about this question:

1) C5H10O is an aldehyde (the question mentions it), so in how are there double bonds between the carbons (for the EZ isomers)

2) How does the answer show optical isomerism? Isn't it only E/Z?

It says that it is an ISOMER of the aldehyde
