I would say that starting year 11 if you can I recommend rather than making notes/ flashcards ( unless these really work well for you) to try and see if you can purchase the free science lesson workbooks https://www.freesciencelessons.co.uk/workbooks/ ( also has the digital copy) and answer the questions after you finish watching a video as they help you retain knowledge rather than just simply writing it down, for the exam papers I used physics and maths tutor past paper questions for each science as they are sorted in terms of topic rather than just randomly which helps you to understand the way questions are written and then follow that up with the mark scheme which helps you see exactly what the examiner is looking for https://www.physicsandmathstutor.com/physics-revision/ , i mean I hope these work for you in the upcoming year and I would say that there is no point in you doing exam questions if you do not understand the content, if you know it that's good but not enough you need to understand how each thing works but how it can be applied to certain questions. I mean these things worked for me and I ended up scraping 9's in all three sciences so let me know how it goes
