Hi, I think for sciences it's really helpful to go over the topics which you find hardest by doing some exam questions/ watching youtube videos for explanations on certain topics. Also revising key words using quizlet can also be quite useful as it helps when answering exam questions/ practising exam techniques. Personally, I found it helpful to make mind maps on each topic as I could quickly summarise each topic without spending too much time making notes. Some specific resources which I found helpful include the seneca website/app/youtube videos as it made it easier to go over old topics without spending too much time revising; also CGP books are really helpful, especially for sciences.
Hope that helps  Let me know if you have any other questions
