Laurence Fox and Dan Whootton suspended from GB news

Gb news host Dan Whootton and contributor Laurence Fox have both been suspended by GB news today

During an interview on Whoottons show, Fox went into a misonginsic tirade about journalist Ava Evans claiming he would not sleep with her and only a “cucked man” would. And that Evans was a horrible woman.

While Whootton has backpaeddled, Apologosing to Evans on twitter Fox has not and has gone nuclear claiming Whotton knew what fox would say and found it amusing

Imagine being so throughly unpleasant that you get cancelled by GB News.

We’ve seen this with the likes of Katie Hopkins and Milo Yiannopoulos. They pushed the line of being nasty until their employers realised they were a liability,

I don't think Wooton particularly backpeddled, he was pretty quick to apologise and he isnt the perp, Fox is.

I parituclarly enjoyed how Fox immediately threw Wooton under the bus by posting some private messages they'd exchanged about it.

Classic, "he did it too Miss!".

As Gazpacho notes, if you hire scumbags to dance around what is acceptable, they innevitably overstep the mark as no one at GBN is pushing back against them.

Wootton was only suspended after Fox published messages that had been exchanged between themselves.

It was a stupid comment. Ava Santina’s looks or sexual appeal had nothing to do with the topic they were discussing.

It was about men’s mental health and they used an example of a recent comment that she made which was not popular. They should have played the ball and not the woman.

He did so apparently because Wooton didn't support him and Fox had done when Wooton was in trouble a while ago. That makes sense but it's all very backstabbing and unpleasant.They should be politicians.
