Scholarships for intl students

What scholarships can I get as an international student studying business with 3 A* achieved in A Level? My super-curricular activities aren’t the best, do I have a good chance at top universities like LSE and UCL (to get an offer, not scholarships)? Are grades or super-curricular activities more important?
Most universities will not offer scholarships but the only way of finding out is by checking each university to see what they offer. As far as LSE and UCL nobody can really tell. However they are very competitive but it will vary between subjects. Something like Economics at LSE has far more applicants rejected than accepted purely because it is in London. In most universities outside London there is a very good chance of an offer.

I was underpredicted by two grades and with those grades I already got offers from unis like Warwick, Durham and Bath, but I want to reapply and aim for higher ones. But then I’d have to take a gap year and I don’t know if it’s worth it

Its rare for any UK University to offer any 'full cost' scholarships to International applicants - they dont have the stacks-of-cash like some US Unversities do.

A small bursary might be all you can expect and it would usually be based either on top-grades or targeted on something like 'refugee' or a particular nationality etc - but it wont cover all costs. Examples from Bath - https://www.bath.ac.uk/campaigns/scholarships-for-international-undergraduate-students/ and Durham - https://www.durham.ac.uk/discover/international-scholarships/

LSE and UCL arent really better than Bath, Durham and Warwick. It is purely the fact they are in London and many students want to be in London. Why I will never know. I wouldnt waste your time.
