That is very subjective. Different places have a different character/emphasis and suit different people.
However some of the most renowned places to study musical theatre degrees in London and the surrounding areas with better graduate outcomes include GSA (Surrey), Arts Ed, Mountview, Bird College, Italia Conti, Urdang. The first 3 are especially well renowned.
