How do you apply for the Deutsche Bank IB apprenticeship?

On the website, here:https://careers.db.com/school-leavers-uk/investment-bank-apprenticeship-programme/index
it says offers will be conditional on acceptance to the Applied Finance degree programme at Queen Mary University London. Does that mean i need to apply via QM? If so, how do i do this? It doesnt give any info about the actual application the website for some reason.
