Substituting choice for Med after 15th October
Hey, I chose University of Birmingham but I would so much rather go to a different university.
Do I have the option to substitute the choice? Do I do this through UCAS or do I have to email the specific department of a different university? Are there other universities that would accept a substitution/email like this?

You can substitute it but it won't meet the deadline for medicine.
If you don't want to go to Birmingham then you can apply elsewhere but not for medicine.
