How do I improve my profile to be able to send the private message? I tried everything but still not allowed.

No short-cuts, I'm afraid... you need to build up your posting record; once you accumulate a certain number of posts, you'll be able to do this.

EDIT:- Please only post meaningful content. If you "spam" the board, or post for the sake of it, chances are you'll get kicked off.
