24 Hours studying space

I'm an Institute of Continuing Education student at the University of Cambridge and wanted to visit the city. I'm a late-night learner so that's why I always study late. Is there anywhere in the city open 24 hours (which I can study) and accessible for me?

If you are on a degree programme with ICE, then you should have a uni card and have access to anywhere students from your College can usually access. However, the Uni doesn't encourage 24 hour facilities as there would be inevitable welfare issues that outweigh the benefits to the few that prefer to be nocturnal!
