I don't think it matters - I went for Cambridge and used an electronic fill and sign (as my title didn't fit on one line).
The only annoying bit is the signature, but I used Sejda for it and it was pretty good.

Either, I think. I did mine as a pdf rather than scanning it to attach to my typed document essay.
