i want to chat with professional (not comfortable while talking so) but in my area either they are paid or has very less time to chat . i live in india but for mental support i cant find any suitable platform

Contacting a crisis helpline in the UK when you are based in another country may not be the best idea. They are there to talk, but also signpost you to local services that might be able to help, so this may not be relevant for you.
