Looking for suggestions for MSc degrees that don't require any specialised Bsc degree (e.g. engineering, maths) but still have good career progression.

For what career? A Masters is rarely beneficial for career progresson, unless it is stipulated for a specific job. Experience is mainly king after entry level qualifications like BScs.

My advice save your time and money unless you know you need a specific Masters.
