Struggling to find papers with data for my dissertation
Hi I’m in my final year university doing biomedical science and I need to write a 5000 word systematic review and meta analysis on the role of natural killer cells in NAFLD, the problem I am having is I can’t find any raw data that I can use to do my analysis, I am finding generic information about the topic that I can use to write intro etc but just can’t find any data to use
I’ve searched on PUBMED and other search engines but just can’t find any data to use
Can anyone give some advice on what to do?
