Is GCE and A-Level same ?
will university's accept GCE as well ?

GCSEs are taken at age 16.
A levels are taken at age 18.

You cannot apply for a UK Uni with just GCSEs.

There is GCE(General Certificate Of Examination) and there is GCSE(General Certificate of Secondary Education). GCE is just A-levels and universities generally accept A-levels as long as you have their required grade. Universities generally don't accept GCSEs only.
