GCE vs AS vs A-Levels

Is the GCE the same as AS? I'm trying to appear for an AS exam privately in June. Trying to register but the options its giving me is GCE or international A-Level
GCE is A level.

Some places (Wales for example) WJEC (exam board) A levels are modular. You do half in year 12 (AS exams) and A2 exams in year 13. Add the results together to get your A level mark.

In England, most if not all the A levels are at the end of year 13 so people don't take AS exams.

The term GCE covers both A levels and AS levels, so you get GCE A levels and GCE AS levels. Are you trying to register with an exam centre (a school/college), or with an exam board itself?

Which subject / exam board?

Have you tried picking GCE, and then seeing if it asks you to choose between A and AS level?
