Can someone please confirm this for me:

macrophage undergoes phagocytosis with a pathogen and becomes a antigen-presenting cell. A t-cell with a matching antibody then bonds with the APC. The t-cell is then activated and releases cytokine, undergoes mitosis to replicate itself with this antibody. Now a b-lymphocyte encounters the same antigen and the b-lymphocyte attaches to the pathogen and then engulfs it. Pathogen is digested and then antigens are presented, b-lymphocyte becomes a APC as well. Activated T helper cell from before encounters this b-lymphocyte APC and they begin clonal selection. Activated T-helper cell releases interleukins which in turn activates the b-lymphocyte. B-lymphocyte undergoes mitosis and forms plasma cells and memory cells.
