my maintenance loan approved?

I applied for maintenance loan 1month + ago and 2 weeks ago i phoned sfe and they said it has been approved but there is nothing on my sfe account.

I have been logging on everyday and there is nothing on there. No updates, nothing for me to complete... under my undergraduate applications there is a new thing opened but when i click on it there is no info on there.

I am a bit worried. Someone please help me

Can you confirm if you have received paperwork from us confirming your application is approved? Is there anything showing under the the emails/letters tab online in your account?

No I didn’t receive any paperwork
But after the phone call, I logged on the next day and it said I have been given this much…. And that I need to give my bank details but that’s it.
I have my details and then that info disappeared

How long does it take to process just maintenance loan request form?

At the moment it's 15 working days for these forms to be processed.
