Big 4 apprenticeship (URGENT)

Hi,

I have been working at a Big 4 for almost 3 years now and is studying towards the ACA qualification. However, my study has been put on hold due to mental health sickness since June 2022 and the medical professionals are still not convinced that I am ready to sit further exams this December. The learning provider has told me that I could only be on break in learning for a year which is due this December, otherwise I would have to be withdrawn from the programme. Does anyone know what this means? Does it mean I will be made redundant because of this? What can I do to avoid being withdrawn from the programme?

This is really stressing me out and putting me under an immense amount of pressure, any help would be greatly appreciated.
