Psych counselling essay - uni

Hi, im in my first year of university with my first essay ever - due on Monday😭 and it’s way different to college, I don’t understand how I would attempt to answer this, structure wise and research wise and I’ve tried to breakdown the question multiple times and it just doesn’t help.
I know this is a long shot but can anyone provide clearance or guidance on this, I’ve never even seen a university essay so I have nothing to gauge an understanding from.
the question is
Discuss the importance of the following two factors in ensuring safe and effective counselling practice:-
1) Counsellor self-awareness and personal development 2) Theoretical and philosophical understanding of ‘self and relationship’
Illustrate your answer with reference to personal experience, research and counselling theory.
