If you mean understood, it's hard to give an overall answer as it depends on the staff who are in the disability offices and who are teaching you at the time. People come and go, so these things are often in flux. For example, I used to sing the high praises of my uni and their mental health provisions but as staff changed, so did attitudes at the uni. Now I'm no longer willing to praise my uni (but that's just me. Others at my uni may feel differently!)
