A lot of ethical practices are also general moral practices.
e.g, avoiding negative uses or consequences on people (like children), animals, the environment. Generally treating everyone fairly

Examples in religion:

Judaism believe in Tikkun Olam which is the act of coming together to heal the world
(i'm not a Jew so correct me if i'm wrong)

Promote ethical solutions to solve worldly problems like donating to charity and supporting those who are being persecuted

You could also include gathering resources/materials from countries that aren't conducting any unethical practices.

There are many more things but that's all I could think of. I know it may not be in as detail as you may have wanted but its just the generic practices. Idk if you want more religious centered practices to solve religious issues. But if you do tell me and I can think of some for you.
