Struggling with mental health

I haven't been attending uni due to my mental health relapsing, my attendance is below 30% and my programme leader is worried that she'll have to withdraw me if it continues. I've had to request for extensions for my assignments due to low energy and not being able to get out of bed sometimes, and now I have to request a non-attempt due to a medical emergency on Christmas Eve.

The only thing that's stopping me from dropping out of uni is losing my accommodation yet still paying for the rent (tenancy agreement says I have to keep paying until a new tenant can take over), I don't have the money to pay for it so I'm really lost and I don't know who to ask for help as none of my family have been to uni and the staff in the uni haven't replied to my emails.

What do I do please?
