Chemistry at Bristol

I have applied for Chem at bristol uni. Do they always interview for chemistry? I’ve read some conflicting information online and can’t work out what to expect!

Bristol have an "admissions statement" for each course they offer.

See http://www.bristol.ac.uk/study/media/undergraduate/admissions-statements/2024/chemistry.pdf and specifically section 1.4:

"1.4 Interviews
For these courses, applicants are not routinely interviewed. In the majority of cases,
admissions decisions will be made on the basis of the application information alone.
However, depending on the qualifications taken, applicants may be invited to undertake a
test and interview at the University. Please see our website for further details:
https://www.bristol.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/after-you-apply/interviews/chemistry"

At that URL, it says: "We interview all students who apply for our Chemistry courses and who have non-standard educational backgrounds."
