Looking for a third housemate

My name is Lisa, me and my friend are looking for a third person to join our house. We've secured a house in a very good location, 5 minute walk from UEA. The double room in a three bedroom house, £140 per week per person (bills are included). The contract is 1 year (1st July 2024 - 1st July 2025). The house is fully furnished and we've already paid the security fee.
Im 19 and my friend Alina is 21, we are both very sociable and friendly :>
