Deferral: Student Housing
I’m currently considering deferring a year - I’m mid way through my second year. My current accommodation contract is until June and the plan with my housemates is currently to keep that house for third year. If I defer, am I still legally able to live in that house next year even if I am deferred? The contracts for third year have already been signed.
