Hi, I am looking for one or two replacement tenants for a 6-bedroom house in Southsea, Baileys Road. It`s located close to the university, supermarkets and everything. Looking for someone to move in from September or July and cover the lease until 17 June 2025. The rent is £650, bills included, per month. Preferably girls since its an all-girls house.

Three bathrooms with a bath and showers, double beds, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine and is a newly refurbished townhouse.
