How to become consistent?

So I have ADHD but I don't take medication due to my parents objecting to it. I do well academically and have an IT job. However, I really struggle with consistency. I have days where I wake up early, study, exercise, and do my job well. Then I fall off the next day, where I obsess over a mistake I made in the past, get distracted by friends online, watch youtube videos for hours, and don't do any work. So my week usually ends up being good day, bad day, bad day, good day, bad day. I have high ambitions and want to succeed, what should I do to remain consistent?

I understand this is a tough question to answer but I don't know how else to word my problem.

It's an interesting question. I don't have any experience of ADHD so my advice might not be that helpful but I am wondering if you do too much on the good days so that the following day becomes a kind of recovery day? Maybe a more measured appraoch, holding some stuff back for the next day might work?
