Using OCR A practice questions for OCR B (Salters) Chemistry?

Basically the title. I've heard that the specifications are similar. If that's true, would it be ok to use OCR A questions to practice for OCR B?

OCR A past papers are okay but be careful with some of the stuff such as I believe lattice enthalpy is taught differently. It should be fairly obvious though. It's a struggle taking OCR B lmao... Thank god for allery chemistry.
