Uclan vet med foundation
Hi, I applied for Veterinary Medicine and Surgery (Foundation Entry) at the University of Central Lancashire in October and have still not heard anything back? Any help would be appreciated.

I applied too ! The application for vet med foundation closed from 31st of January so I believe we would hear from them by now to May if I’m correct so still time to wait.

just today i received an email from ucas and lancashire has updated my application (though i was unsuccessful), i’m guessing they’re going through the applications now if that helps u

Hello all, sorry to necro an old thread, I am applying for BVMS (Foundation) at UCLAN this year and wanted to know, how many of you were accepted onto the course? What education backgrounds were you applying with? And how many of you went on to do the BVMS undergrad degree? were you actually accepted and what % did you have.

Hi, I just received the offer from UCLAN, would anyone who already went on to the foundation year and now is going onto the first year of vet school advise on the process of reapplying to the university for the vet course? I'm just worried if I relocate and later don't get into the vet course after the foundation year that I will be left in an unfortunate situation

Hi there , I was accepted last year for 2024 but could not make it financially but have reapplied and been offered a place again for September 2025. I believe acceptance rate is good and would be more based on personal statement and the grade requirements , if you have everything needed then I believe acceptance rate is good ? I did with GCSE , BTEC DDM of medical applied science and my university degree which was optional to add . From foundation year would need to apply to vet med from September
