Any encouragement on doubts

Hi! I’m so sorry to hear that u are suffering from something. Although I don’t know what you are suffering from. But remember chatting is very important.

Whenever, I feel sad or anxious, I usually reach out for advice and comfort, either from my friends or family. Don’t underestimate the power of sharing with people. It will actually help A LOT. U might not realise in that moment, but for your long-term mental health, this would absolutely help!

If you couldn’t find anyone near u, this forum would absolutely help!! Never hide your struggles, show people who you trust, even strangers!🫶🫶

Hello, I have a few tips for when you’re feeling doubtful or down in general:

Firstly, know that it is okay to be doubtful, stressed, anxious, or feel any other type of negative feeling. It is OKAY to not be okay sometimes.

Give yourself time to reflect and think about things, don’t be harsh on yourself.

Talk to someone close, spend time sharing your thoughts and feelings (this really lets out a lot of the feelings that you may be holding in). If you don’t like to share things that’s also okay, I suggest you try journaling - I’ve heard it really helps.

With doubt specifically, try to imagine yourself achieving or overcoming the thing you doubted yourself in. Think about the fact that if others achieved this thing or did it , so can you!

Lastly, know that stepping out of your comfort zone or doing something you’ve had doubt with is very brave of you.
I hope you take some time to read this and I wish my advice is useful. Don’t forget to treat yourself kindly.
