How long until I get an email back from gcu?

I recently phoned about how dropping a subject would affect my conditional offer and they told me to email them the details because they weren't sure so I did that and I haven't heard back but I kind of need to know as soon as I can so I know wether I can dop the subject or not? I'm positive I have the right email too but idk.
