Newcastle City center located - Newcastle 1 Studio Takeover
Looking for a new tenancy takeover for my studio, starting in early May. Two occupants are allowed.
Ground Floor. There is plenty of light, windows facing the garden and it is quiet. Space for storage is plentiful inside the room.
All bills & Wifi are included. Security Deposit is 250 GBP. Rent is only 193 GBP Per week until 31st August 2024. You can pay monthly rent with a guarantor.
This room is still available for the 2024-2025 academic year, you can renew the contract from reception.
The common room, communal kitchen, and cinema room are all newly refurbished. With 24x7 reception.
8 minutes from the railway station. No more than 20 minutes walk to Newcastle University campuses.
