being unsuccessful

Hi I'm just after a bit of advice. i applied for Bangor university to do adult nursing. it was my only choice. i had my interview and had an email. the email states the have offered me a place to study a degree in Health and Social care and that my original choice was unsuccessful. would anybody know why i was not offered a place?

You would need to ask Bangor for feedback as it could be a number of things.

Presumably you failed the Interview - but the only ones who can tell you that is Bangor.

You can also add an extra choice to your UCAS because of this! If not, you could try to go through clearing for Bangor if they have anything available for Adult Nursing during this.

You can only use UCAS extra if you have used all five choices and not received an offer, or if you decline any offers you have received. Also, for healthcare courses, if you have not been offered a place after an interview it is very unlikely that you would be accepted through clearing for the same course.
