Touch screen doesn’t respond sometimes on iPhone 11

Got an iPhone however once I broke the screen by biting it eventually got the screen fixed but not by an official apple shop sometimes the screen doesn’t respond properly could this be related is is maybe due to dirt or something

Yeah, I think it’s probably related might be worth getting it checked out properly
