Nuffield research programme - Im so confusedddd

Hi there, I’m currently in year 12 studying bio chem and maths and have recently applied to the Nuffield research placement programme. After submitting my application I received multiple emails from Nuffield asking why my school is in Plymouth and I live in london. I go to school in london so I have no idea why I received it and I made sure I never made any mistakes as I rechecked my application so I emailed them and they said they would come back to me soon. However a few weeks later I received an email that I have been shortlisted for a place so I thought maybe it was just a mistake previously. However I then received another email stating that my application needs to be completed in full. I’m so confused on what to do and I am wondering if this is happening to anyone else
