How to get an A* in a level religious studies for philosophy and ethics (Eduqas

Hi i am a Year 13 student who's having exams soon. I want to get an A* in philosophy and ethics does anyone have any tips on how to achieve this for the Eduqas exam board and what structure to follow when writing essays?
One last things is there any tips for being able to memorise quotes and retain information as some philosophers arguments can be quite lengthy and in detail. Thank you!
