Nvq level 3 whilst working full time

Hi so I'm currently working full time and my employer has asked if I wanted to do nvq level 3.
As I'm currently on the minimum wage of 10.42 will my pay be reduced to an apprenticeship wage if I decide to go ahead
I live alone and have bills to pay like everyone else so can't afford to be on an apprenticeship wage
