Definition please

Hey does anyone know the meaning of the word 'Raggo' or has anyone ever heard the word used before. It's just that today i was talking to a girl and she used the word to describe a boy that she used to like but doesn't like anymore........when i asked her what it meant she ws like '' o my gosh you don't know what that means and then continued the conversation''. Well, I think it's a slang terminology and i assume it means a bad thing (as in it's not a compliment). Right/ wrong? :confused:
