I don't import much stuff myself. If there is ever a game I want that is in a different country I just wait for someone else to import a few and put them up on ebay. This usually works very well seeing as the prices of these items are always very low for some reason to the point I got a imported Crisis Core for about £20
Well in total with packaging it came to £17.29 so I think I've skipped import duties/tax but I still think I have to pay VAT, 3.5% customers duty, and excise duty.
If I do have to pay for these then how do I? Do I get a letter saying to send the money in the post or something? I'm sure tax can't be that high for a simple book.

My friends had to go down to the shipping company's nearest Depot (where it was being held until payment) and pay them there.
