How can I speak to someone?

Appreciate this is a bit of strange one, but I graduated in 2006, and had a student loan which I’ve consistently been paying off since then. I need to know how much remains of my loan, but I am finding it impossible to retrieve any details due to a number of factors - I no longer use the email address registered with the SLC when I first applied - nor having any documentation after moving house a couple of years ago. I’ve attempted getting through on the phone, but I always get to a dead end due to not having my CRM - I’ve emailed, but had nothing back. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
