any predictions about what will come up for sleep, relationships or eating behaviours!?

IM SERIOUSLY STRESSED!

first of all, dont be stressed - ive just started proper revision :/

relationships - early experiences, breakdown theories and sexual selection
eating behaviours - biological explanations and factors influencing attitudes to food (cultural, mood, health concerns etc)

Did factors of eating attitudes not come up in Jan...I remembered that because I forgot to right about it in the exam
does anyone know what came up for gender in january and what's likely to come up tomorrow for gender?

i'm still recovering from my exam this morning. will probably start revising for this exam in an hour.

what issues and debates could you put in for disrupting biological rhythms? E.G.

Reductionism
Psychology as a science
Nature/nurture
Determinism/freewill
Cultural bias
Gender bias
Ethical issues

Not sure how any of these would apply.

Hopefully it would not be a 25 marker and only outline.

Kohlburgs theory came up , so i doubt it that it will come up again, my predictions are cross cultural studies, evolutionary, gender schema
any point in me revising evolutionary explanation of aggression as it came up in Jan?
I'm not learning:

Eating Behaviours:
neural mechanisms that control eating
factors influencing attitudes to food
evolutionary explanations to one eating disorder

Aggression:
social theories of aggression
genetic factors of aggression
evolutionary explanations of human aggression

Bio.Rhythms:
circadian, infradian + ultradian rhythms
functions of sleep
lifespan changes(maybe?)
insomnia(maybe?)

what does anyone think? which off that list should i make sure i cover do you rekon? :/
sounds like im missing loads out now i've listed it, it didnt seem that much before :s-smilie:

Agree with this.

Aggression:
social theories of aggression
genetic factors of aggression
evolutionary explanations of human aggression

I'm learning genetic factors as it's only come up as a 4-marker in June 10.

Bio.Rhythms:
circadian, infradian + ultradian rhythms
functions of sleep
lifespan changes(maybe?)
insomnia(maybe?)

Lifespan was also only a 4-marker in June 10. Also, as far as I'm aware infradian rhythms haven't come up yet but I'm not sure.

Apart from that I'm doing the same.

Are you going to learn success and failure of dieting? I hate that topic!

The nomothetic vs idiographic approach seems good. Thanks.

What are you doing?

For relationships- formation came up and for eating neural mechanisms and preferences came up.

For bio rhythms endogenous pacemakers came up for infradian I think?
Anyone else just want to get the damn paper over and done with now?! This time tomorrow :dancing2:

Functions of sleep came up as " discuss one or more", but what if they ask you evolutionary explanations or restoriation models? I'm not leaving them out...

I think it came up last year so Not for me. Not enough time cos started revision today lol!

Yeah..I've not learned enough for a 25 marker though :-S

- I know decent amount of a01 for it.. but that's it.. :/

- i hate bio.rhythms/sleep :-( might cram infradian later.. :/ so stressed!
