Just by seeing what themes or characters have never been asked about, and seeing what has been asked before (as it's unlikely to come up again this year if it's been asked recently)

The hodder modern languages literature study guide for la casa de Bernarda alba is pretty good - it has top 10 quotes in the back and others mentioned when doing scene summaries

does anyone know if its necessary to write a conclusion for the essay. seeing as its only recommended to write 300 words, is a conclusion needed especially if ur going to go over the word count

a conclusion is important because it brings the essay together if that makes sense :biggrin:

! plus the head of MFL in my school says that the examiners wont cut you off when you write over 300 words! if the recommended word count is 300, then you can still write over. this means that you can write an intro, 3 PEEL paragraphs and a conclusion :biggrin:

i went to a conferance for this exam a couple of months ago. they said you dont have to. but it is normal to write a conclusion so i would still do it

The speaking exam is paper 3, check the spec.

So this thread is for writing (which is paper 2 and not paper 3, you’ve already done paper 3 which is the speaking so you’ve got paper 1&2 left to do).
