Didn't mean to offend anyone, however it sounded (I myself am not a great speaker of English so couldn't find a better word to decribe what I wanted to say but maybe trolling is the one I was looking for).

They want to help really, and even if sometimes they're a bit harsh, they think they're doing what's right? Wouldn't you rather that then letting everyone be subject to trolls and unruly behaviour?

I'd rather the rules be massively relaxed. They can still ban trolls while not giving warning points for the tiniest infraction of the most trivial rules.
