Lifting weights causes you to provide resistance to the muscles, which improves muscular strength and endurance.

Delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) is a result of microscopically tearing your muscles after doing intensive training (usually weight training). By eating protein, you gradually rebuild your muscles and they increase in size each time <-- BLAG

Q) Give the four forms of diability

got a feeling that kicking and throwing will be on there + did you do biology (B2&3) if you did then all you have to revise is principles of training/training zones/types of training/bones & muscle movement. The rest is either common sence or you would have already revised for biology (e.g. breathing in/out & circulatory system.
