I don't know where this idea has come from that they don't interview. Me and everyone I knew on the programme had the standard telephone interview for 30 minutes.

Just make something academic sound non-academic. It's possible if you spin it the right way. For Summer Analyst, I'd say two of my "non-academic" achievements were actually quite academic and I still got an AC, haha.

Guys does anyone here have any insight into the barclays application process? I am specifically talking about their questionnaire and situational judgement. anyone have any idea how much emphasis they put on these 2 tests?

Just finished Citi interview, 100% competency questions and why Citi.
They said we will not hear back about the outcome until after deadlines so around mid-end of January
